A one-time fee of $35,000 COP per pet is charged for the stay.

Guests must bring their pet’s food bowl, food, and are responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

The entry of potentially dangerous breeds* is prohibited (American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Dogo de Burdeos, Fila Brasileiro, Neapolitan Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, American Pitbull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Tosa Inu).

At Front Desk, each guest will be asked for an identification document. Please present this document to allow entry. (In the case of children, an identity card or a copy of the civil registry should be presented.)

Outside food, drinks and liquor are not allowed.

Our Casabe restaurant has a dress code, so you must come in dry and with your torso covered.

In the hotel's common areas, music is provided to set the mood, so the use of sound devices is not allowed in common areas, as it may disturb the rest of other hotel guests.

The hotel does not allow the use or consumption of psychoactive substances.

We are committed to the environment; therefore, we do not change the pool towels provided by the hotel during your stay.

If you are traveling with your pet, please note: the guest will be charged a fee of $35.000 COP for each pet. You must comply with the hotel's pet entry rules (a document that must be signed at reception at the time of check-in).
