DAY PASSES

Our Day Pass experiences are perfectly curated for you to enjoy the resort's amenities, gorgeous tropical weather, and beautiful spaces during a full day of relaxation, fun, and exceptional dining. Consider this an open invitation to unplug from the daily routine, create memories with your family, and let yourself blend into the peaceful rhythm of the "House of the Sun."

  • Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • We do not take advance reservations for Day Passes (Walk-ins only).

  • Payment is made directly at the hotel front desk.

  • NOTE: For December, January, Holy Week (Easter), school breaks, Mother's Day, or Father's Day, please verify seasonal rates with our booking agents.

🐶 PET-FRIENDLY POLICY 🐱

Domestic pets (dogs and cats) are more than welcome!
A one-time fee of COP $35,000 applies per pet, per stay.
 

  • Guests must bring their pet's own food and bowls, and are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

  • Restricted Breeds: For safety regulations, entry is prohibited for breeds classified as potentially dangerous (including American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Dogue de Bordeaux, Fila Brasileiro, Neapolitan Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, American Pitbull Terrier, Perro de Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Tosa Inu).

  • Guests traveling with a pet are required to read and sign our comprehensive pet policy agreement upon check-in.

📋 HOTEL POLICIES

 

  • Identification: Upon check-in at the Front Desk, every guest must present a valid government-issued ID to grant entry. (For minors, a national identity card or a copy of their civil registry/birth certificate is required).

  • Outside Refreshments: Outside food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

  • Restaurant Dress Code: Our Casabe Restaurant maintains a casual dress code; guests must be completely dry and have their torsos covered.

  • Atmosphere & Noise Control: Ambient music is curated throughout the hotel’s common areas to set a relaxing mood. To ensure the peace and comfort of all guests, the use of personal portable speakers or private sound devices is not permitted in public zones.

  • Substance Policy: The hotel strictly prohibits the possession, use, or consumption of illegal or psychoactive substances.

  • Eco-Friendly Commitment: We are deeply committed to environmental sustainability; therefore, pool towels provided by the hotel are not replaced daily during your stay.

  • Pet Fee Reminder: If traveling with a pet, a fee of COP 35,000 per pet will be added to your account. Guests must strictly comply with our pet guidelines, which must be signed at reception during check-in.

  • Parking: We offer complimentary guest parking. (Please note: The hotel is not liable for vehicle damages or any items lost inside the vehicle).
